Fun NBB Duathlon
Starting in January, our good friends at New Belgium Brewery have put together a biking-running event. No matter how cold it gets we are there having fun and racing for bragging rights. This is a time to really see how out of shape our body has become during the break. Every Sunday we are going to be running-biking-running at 9 am. If you would like to participate please let me know, this is a bunch of friends having fun, no results, no timing, no worries! But for sure I cannot promise no PAIN!
